On Repeat: "Sore" by Annuals
Saturday afternoon, Starr and I were unpacking her things in her new room, she had her computer plugged into her speakers and was playing music, when this song came on. It had been a while since I heard it and I was instantly reminded just how much I liked it…I thought maybe it deserved a revisit.
I previously posted this song as a footer to a post about Starr and some of the things she is dealing with, but I didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t say just how much I liked the song, or why.
Truth is, I don’t know why…maybe it’s these lyrics…maybe it’s the way it sinks into my heart…and squeezes just a bit.
