I visited Miss Debbie today and borrowed an old recording of Sunny, Skye and Starr from fall of 2005. They were singing at a local retirement home to entertain the residents. It was nice to hear them each sing again…and to have that memory saved. Starr doesn’t want me to share the recording, so I will keep it off this blog.
After returning the CD to Miss Debbie’s house, I turned on the radio in my car and I heard “Cathedrals” by Joan Osborne. I thought it was lovely. I am still partial to the Jump Little Children original, but I thought that this was really pretty.
I liked the video, but was a little confused by the two people sitting next to Joan on the pews…they looked seriously bored. Was that on purpose, or was it just a long day? I was a little distracted while watching…maybe I missed something.
