Same Person, Different Home
I have made the decision to move my blog from Blogger to a self-hosted WordPress platform. Over the past few days I have learned a lot of new things. While I am not yet 100% unpacked and comfortable in my surroundings, I plan to go ahead and start steering readers in this direction.
So, if you are new here…hi! If you followed me over…thank you so much!!
I am missing my old comments from the Disqus system that I was using on my Blogger blog. And I haven’t quite figured out what to do about it. Any ideas?

I thought it might be easier to go ahead and make the move now while my blog is still small and get my very own URL rather than keep using the Blogger one.
I loved the pictures you posted today. I have got to get off my ass and get out with you guys soon.
It looks great, but this all just makes me so nervous.
Oh dear, Jason, I hope you are referring to the idea of moving your own blog…because just the mere mention of the word “nervous” made me nervous!!

Who is still browsing (installing and testing)themes! (Hi, Barb!) And hasn’t downloaded/uploaded 2.7 because the “instructions” made her head want to explode. Although, now that she’s had a few days of FTP transfers etc. under her belt She might look at them again soon and see if they make more sense.
