Starr went to her cousin’s wedding this past weekend. She went with her (ex) step-mom and little sister. She wasn’t looking forward to the wedding for several reasons, but ended up having a good night. I love that she has remained close to her step-mom in recent years, their friendship makes me happy.

It’s always hard when divorce happens and there’s kids involved. Glad that (ex) step-mom has kept a relationship with Starr.

My daughter’s homecoming dress is almost exactly the same as Starr’s. I wanted her to wear pearls, but she voted for an antique finsih, vintage-y necklace. It looks good, but it’s not pearls!
I liked the way the pearls looked, but I’m sure that the necklace your daughter chose looks wonderful!! Starr just loved this dress which we bought at the last minute, it has pockets! She LOVED the pockets!!
