Spring Snow
We had been having such wonderful weather that we completely forgot the fact that we lived in Colorado and that snow could still be a part of our lives.
Last Friday we had about 6 inches of snow. I was frustrated. Sunday Starr and I sat outside on the deck while she worked on a crafting project. Monday was beautiful and nearly 70 degrees. Yesterday left us with this:
Looks like spring! The roads were terrible last night, but are passable and mostly just wet this morning…there will be no snow day for Starr. No matter how much she wished for it.
Happy Wednesday!!

at least it will melt quickly, right??
And, even though it SHOULD be spring, it’s still pretty
It’s funny (actually NOT funny at all!) but every single one of your comments is caught by my spam filters.
I hope that I haven’t missed any!! I flag them as “not spam”, but they still end up there.
As for the snow…it WILL melt quickly!!
Sure is pretty!

It was pretty and nice to have the evening with Starr who stopped by after work and ended up stranded for the night!
It was a trap!!
OMG! That is crazy! That looks like a couple of feet? I love it!

It is fun once in a while! One reason I love Colorado over Minnesota (where I grew up) is that the snow doesn’t usually stick around for long.
I own a coat, but it sits in the back seat of my car unused for 90% of the winter. It is just not really necessary.
Snow is so pretty when it’s fresh like that! But I’m glad that we don’t have it here right now.
Yeah!
Someone to be excited about. It’s been a long time since I’ve heard a singer/songwriter that filled my spirit.
Thanks for sharing Kelly. You always have the best music.

Pretty. But I’d never last in Colorado. Northern CA is getting some nice spring weather, but I’m already counting down the days until Summer. I like it HOT!
