Dad in the Marines

I’ve mentioned my “slide project” several times in the past few years, a project which is stalled until I can upgrade my camera. I do not want to waste time taking pictures of these old slides when I know that there are much better cameras out there…so I wait.

However, my brother made a request this weekend for pics of our dad from his days in the Marines. I spent quite a bit of time browsing the slides and found a few that I really liked:

These pictures are from the mid to late 1960s.
